Getting Started

Watch a quick tutorial on how to set up EntryCore.

Follow this guide to connect your server, create an application, and start reviewing applicants.

Connect Discord Server

EntryCore connects to your Discord server to confirm it is real, sync server details, and send application notifications.

The bot is needed so EntryCore can post notifications to your selected channel and keep server details up to date.

Create Applications

After connecting a server, create an application page with role details, requirements, and custom questions.

  • Choose role type, visibility, and tags.
  • Add requirements so applicants can self-select.
  • Build custom questions for your review process.
  • Share the public or private application link.

Notifications

Notifications post new application alerts directly to your Discord channel.

  1. 1. Enable Developer Mode in Discord.
  2. 2. Right-click your channel and copy Channel ID.
  3. 3. Paste the Channel ID in Dashboard → Notifications.
  4. 4. Save settings and send a test notification.
