Getting Started
How do I get started?
Log in with Discord, verify your server, create an application page, then share the link with your community.
Why do I need to log in with Discord?
Discord login connects your identity to the servers and applications you manage or apply to.
Discord Verification
Why do I need to verify my server?
Verification confirms that applications are connected to a real Discord server and prevents fake listings.
Why can’t I create an application before verifying a server?
All application pages must be tied to a verified Discord server so applicants know the server is legitimate.
What permissions does the bot need?
The bot needs enough access to view the server and send application notifications. For notifications, make sure it can View Channel, Send Messages, and Embed Links in the selected channel.
Notifications
How do I set up application notifications?
Go to your dashboard, choose the verified server, paste the Discord channel ID, enable notifications, and send a test notification.
How do I copy a Discord channel ID?
Enable Developer Mode in Discord settings, right-click the channel, then select Copy Channel ID.
Why are notifications not working?
Check that the bot is in your server, the channel ID is correct, notifications are enabled, and the bot has View Channel, Send Messages, and Embed Links permissions.
Applications
Can I make an application private?
Yes. Private applications are only accessible by direct link and are useful for internal staff applications.
Can I make an application public?
Yes. Public applications can appear on the browse page so more applicants can discover them.
Can applicants track their application status?
Yes. Applicants can view submitted applications and status updates from their My Applications page.
Applicants
Do applicants need a profile?
Yes. Applicant profiles act like reusable resumes and help speed up future applications.
Can server owners see if an applicant is in their Discord server?
The app includes a Discord server context section for applicants. Full member syncing is planned as a future bot-powered feature.
Still stuck?
Most setup issues come from Discord permissions, missing environment variables, or incorrect channel IDs.
- Bot is in the server
- Server is verified
- Channel ID is correct
- Bot can view and send messages in the channel
- Embed Links permission is enabled
- Environment variables are configured
